What I liked
The show did not take itself seriously which gave everyone – cast and audience alike – permission to let loose and enjoy the time together. That said, the story was engaging and comically executed.
What I didn't like
I saw a late night show at the end of a month of Fringing and my exhaustion level was a real thing. So when the energy dropped on stage a couple times, it was hard for me to refocus (please see disclaimer.)
My overall impression
Disclaimer: I was instructed by John Patrick Daly, the writer and central character to have several drinks before the show. Therefore, I can only review what I remember. But, I definitely remember having a good time and laughing loudly. For those of us who are superhero geeks, this show is a blast.
