I loved the sound and the use of music, the sparse and powerful lighting, that it was only two people who played multiple characters and that the subject matter spoke of a subject typically heteronormative without being presented as such.
What I didn't like
I wouldn’t change a thing.
My overall impression
The Institute for the Opposite of Longing was absolutely gorgeous. It touched on every emotion of the human experience and left me feeling alive, as well as pondering my own longings and relationship to grief and loss.
