What I liked
Without giving spoilers, the songs selected – a few of which were a generation or so ago – were perfect in highlighting the specific topics at hand. The energy of the entire cast was fantastic, as was the choreography and singing.
The writing was also top notch and engaging.
What I didn't like
My only minor criticism would be that the transitioning to other scenes, dialogue or to songs seemed to be slightly off in its timing.
My overall impression
The show was a brilliantly-packaged mix of comedy, satire and song that subtly deals with many of our country’s current issues – as seen thru the lens of its two human characters.
