Come Back!

What I liked

The lead actors were phenomenal, especially the mother. The two of them had a chemistry together that felt natural and established. I actually really enjoyed the heart it had too, I found myself really caring about the relationship between the main characters.

What I didn't like

There was a little bit of a discrepancy between the volumes of some of the actors, in general the leads were pretty loud and some of the other people were a little hard to hear at times, so maybe a little balancing there might be helpful for overall clarity.

My overall impression

This was great! I’m not a huge musical theater afficionado, so some of the deeper cut references went over my head, but I thought all the performances were terrific and the audience participation at the end was a ton of fun.
