What I liked
Edie. She is such a special character and Amir seems like the only one that can play her. She’s stubborn, often wrong, and super aggressive and pushy especially when called out. And she’s full of love, and when you can feel the love through the obstinacy, that’s when you know you’ve got a special character.
Plus the story is wonderful, the direction is fantastic and they know their musicals. And it’s just a delight.
What I didn't like
This show started as a serialized piece with multiple endings every night. And a lot of shows that started as serials have a very difficult time dropping that format to turn it into a working long form play. Come Back! does not have that problem.

My overall impression
So much fun that you barely notice the sincerity that they sneak in on you that grabs your heart and takes you dancing off to a joyful ending.
