Great performances. Snappy dialogue. Fun music. Fantastic closing number.
What I didn't like
Certainly a testament to the unquestionable charisma and stage presence of Levi and Hartman, the supporting cast felt under-utilized.
My overall impression
Great fun! I saw their preview and had a blast. Tony Foster’s writing is incredibly snappy, delivering consistent laughs throughout. His writing is also the perfect springboard for headliners Demetris Hartman and Amir Levi. Both showcase huge talent and have the audience in the palm of their hand the whole time. No absence of comedic and musical ability there! And the show’s fantastically fun closing number is the perfect conclusion to this romp of a redemption story. This show is a must-see for any broadway fan!
