Taylor Mack was delightful in her supporting role as a police lieutenant offering some some comic relief.
Katharine Kimball looked the part— like she fell out of classic movie poster!
Good choice of music to set the moods.
Lighting really seems like the film noir. The blinds in front of the light was a very nice touch.
What I didn't like
The pacing was slow. As the play is inspired by film noirs, I would suggest the rapid delivery style used by those films.
Way way way too many short scenes.
Could do with some research into police jargon and methodology for some authenticity.
Would have like to see a trace of chemistry and heat between the leads.
My overall impression
The staging of any play is an accomplishment, especially for what I presume is a first time playwright / director! They are to be commended for putting the work into the world!
