What I liked
The two main actors made very strong character choices which I really enjoyed watching their nuances throughout the show. The tech, while it needs to be tightened, is very strong and helps guide and enhance the story.
What I didn't like
The tech needs to be tightened (I think it’ll work itself out from preview to opening night), and some small scenes from the script could be easily adjusted or cut to tighten the show even more.
My overall impression
Overall an intriguing concept with some very strong performances from the two leads with moments of strong, sharp dialogue and other moments of endearing awkwardness in a pseudo-sexy way (I guess that’s how I describe it…haha). But most importantly, adorable. If I left describing this show in one word, it would be ADORABLE.
