My overall impression
Our accounts payable department used to be chaos central – invoices piled on desks, approval emails lost in inboxes, and constant calls from frustrated vendors. The final straw came during an audit that revealed we’d paid several invoices twice because nobody could track what had been processed. After researching options, our controller convinced management to invest in precoro to fix our broken process. The difference has been night and day. Now invoices get digitized immediately when they arrive, the system automatically matches them with purchase orders, and approvals follow a clear digital workflow
