What I liked
I loved Lisa’s use of music, vulnerable storytelling and comedic character work. Lisa’s experience of sexual harassment and assault as a young woman longing to reach her dream in Hollywood is heartbreaking. Yet all the while, she charms us with her fun characters and original songs. Her use of multi-media, the barbie videos, were such a creative tool to tell her story! I loved it! Lisa embraces her sexuality on stage in a confident and powerful way. An inspiring story that will relate to so many women.

My overall impression
Lisa’s performance was infectious, powerful, funny, charming and vulnerable. She swept us away into song, and kept us on the edge of our seats as she told the stories of dealing with the casting couch creeps of Hollywood as she was pursuing acting as a young woman in Hollywood.
