The story telling in this play feels authentically Irish. I was transported to a tiny pub during the Troubles with a story that couldn't be more relevant in today's climate. Stunned! It was beautiful all around, in story, in emotion, in execution. An interesting time in history I knew very little about, but still with relatable issues of family grudges and pride. Everyone's performance was confident and passionate. A stand out ensemble.... full review

An excellent show that sheds light on a chapter of recent history that often goes overlooked out here in the States. Go see it if you like gripping character drama, powerful performances and Irish history and legends. Just don't forget that most Irish songs are sad ones.... full review
