What I liked
The amazing theatricality brought out by the director, and the superb acting chops of the performers.
What I didn't like
Marlowe gets a little long for me towards the end before the spectacle brings my attention back – but that might just be my modern Fifth-Act-Fatigue kicking in.
My overall impression
A fun and lively show, filled with sensational drama that was leaned into, an awareness and respect of the texts they were combining that breathed playfulness into the experience, and enjoyable even to people only mildly familiar with Star Trek! I was entertained, excited for the next spectacle, and was thoroughly happy when I walked out.
