What I liked

Pamela Eberhardt writes irreverent farce as well as anyone out there and explains why she was so attracted to the book Wigfield by Amy Sedaris, Paul Dinello and Stephen Colbert. Her adaptation to the stage is a gift to the authors of that book. The cast was energetic and skillfully played multiple characters!

What I didn't like

There’s a lot that goes on in this short 75 minutes and a whole bunch of characters to keep up with. I’d love to get into more depth if there were more time. I mostly just tried to keep up!

My overall impression

The town of Wigfield is a true mess and we enjoy every minute of it! Every member of this ensemble is eye-rolling, head shaking fun and funny. It’s fast-paced and gives you the opportunity to encounter characters you will smile and indulge or cross the street to avoid when not locked inside a theatre. MUST SEE!
