What I liked
While I already knew the story I feel that people who don’t will still understand and love this piece. The use of one person for multiple characters, the lighting or lack there of, the direction, the artistic projection all created a world, or worlds where the adaptation & story shined and reignited the child in me.
What I didn't like
I loved the show and wanted a bit more so I guess it could have been longer if not mounted during Fringe – but in the Fringe setting the amount of time was perfect.
My overall impression
The Little Prince is one of my favorite books. I found this unique staged adaptation to be thoughtfully on point, charming, well-directed and so timely – with the state of our country now creativity, hope and dreams have never been more important.
