I came for the laughs, and I stayed for the honesty. I didn’t expect what this show would evolve into, but the progression of the show is beautifully done. Always funny, always carried off with a lightness and a wink, but Mitnick fearlessly bares his soul here, and that’s what really takes this show to the next level.
What I didn't like
I honestly don’t have any criticism. There were some technical limitations to the physical space (like the size and position of the screen) but it didn’t hamper the experience at all.
My overall impression
What initially seems to be a hilarious comedy show incisively taking down familiar internet con artists of YouTube, Twitter, and beyond, morphs into something far more personal and surprising. Mitnick is compelling as he entertainingly takes on outlandish characters, and movingly shares his own very human truth.
