Simple staging, no elaborate “look at me Ma, I’m acting!” and it wasn’t drowning in cliches. Nice vulnerability and recall of youthful “douchebaggery” (can we stop using that word?)
What I didn't like
Too short.
My overall impression
Sampled a morsel in Pick of the Fringe and my interest was piqued enough to see more. Fun one-man exploration of … personal growth, choices, but mostly allowing those funny voices we sometimes let escape to indulge in some screen time. Artfully self-aware and funny. Recommend!
