At times uproariously funny and at other times heartbreaking, this unique story about a specific man's journey resonates with deep humanity and truthfulness. The performer opens himself up and allows you to truly be in his shoes through some of his joys and struggles. Truly, a wonderful show. ...

I really liked this show! Kelvin is a warm and engaging storyteller, which makes the issues he touches on - including racism, homophobia, and body shaming - carry all the more impact. And he never pounds you over the head; rather, he just tells his story, simply and effectively, so you find yourself fully invested in the man and his journey. By the end I was deeply moved and wanted to hear more (always the sign of a good theatrical experience). I hope more people seek out this show!...
