What I liked
Kelvin wins you over right from the start with his personable approach and smile. I loved his love for Janet Jackson and his storytelling.
What I didn't like
It felt like this was the first act. I wanted even more of the story, which is a good thing! I was left wanting even more, to go even deeper into the story.
My overall impression
Kelvin’s infectious energy and storytelling gives the audience a look into the oft-unseen perspective of a gay, black man. An important piece that tells an important side of the story that is often neglected.
