What I liked

Smart. Complex. Quick-paced. Inventive. A non-stop intellectual ride. I love that someone is out there making art like this – the type that brings together disparate realms into one fun burst of theater.

What I didn't like

Script simplification would help. It’s so dense that I walked away feeling like I missed stuff.

My overall impression

Such an inventive piece of theater. Seamlessly melds the astronomical with the autobiographical to create a 50-minute roller coaster ride. Normally a one-man show can run its course quickly, but Harvey’s ability to jump instantly between characters makes it fun to follow along. I can imagine this play being tweaked further so it’s a bit easier to follow – the story is so dense that I had to really focus – and will be excited to see future iterations. It’s a must-see while it’s still running; no one else is making art like this right now.
