I loved her authenticity. I love how effortlessly she transitioned from one character to the next while keeping her truth and specificity AND I love how she engaged and interacted with the audience. It’s truly impressive.
What I didn't like
Be careful with hitting yourself on the head. I don’t want you to injure yourself.
My overall impression
Nicole’s artistry and talent is indisputable. She takes you on a ride throughout her childhood to present day and by the end of the play, I was left in tears with a softened heart because her performance and story touches you to the core. Her bravery, willingness and authenticity is so inspiring and very relatable. I’m so grateful I got to see this show. It left me not only feeling inspired, but reminded me how important it is to live your truth, accept who you are and why storytelling/art is so important. You must see!
