What I liked
Loved the variety of the storytelling sections and am totally astonished that it’s not made up— especially a fan of “I SAW YEW” and the autograph stories! (You’ll have to see it to know what this means.) Also enjoyed the intimacy of the performance and how Ed kept everyone involved, felt like being in a cocktail party instead of a show, in the best possible way.
What I didn't like
I saw the preview, so it was a jumbled mess. But this was leaned into in a way that made it terrific. He can add in Scott Leggett screaming that he’s “undirectable” :-)
My overall impression
A peek into the jumbled hilarious chaos that is Ed Goodman’s mind. Will it be organized or polished? Nope. Will it be a total delight? Absolutely. Come enjoy the embodiment of joy that is Ed.
