What I liked
The show weaves its story through years of this girl’s life with such ease and poetry and balance of pace and tone.
What I didn't like
Seeing the musicians on stage can be distracting; it would be great for the actress to have the stage all to herself.
My overall impression
What an ambitious and unique undertaking. Completely enthralling, emotional, layered with humor and fully realized characters embodied by just one incredibly, multi-talented individual.
