When the sister goes off on her brother she says some things that are really shocking and although people probably think them, they are rarely if ever mentioned. Henry’s mom and Christopher have a deep, deep conversation near the end that still has me thinking about it.
What I didn't like
My only complaint is all the audio quotes that were used between scenes. Some were way too long, or seemed unnecessary, others had bad audio that were hard to understand. Maybe they could cut some of them out or put them on a slide show, so we could read them while listening.
My overall impression
Wow! I loved this play. The characters are very well rounded, and the scenes make you feel like you are standing outside the kitchen door listening in. When one of the main characters died I cried. I don’t think a play has ever brought me to tears before.
