Marla herself is definitely what makes this show — she is witty, charming, and vulnerable. She is extremely relatable, even while the story itself so unique and specific. Also, I learned a lot about pack structure, I love a good educational show!
What I didn't like
The show felt at times more like a presentation than a performance piece, though that is not necessarily a bad thing.
My overall impression
Marla Black is incredibly charming and her story is so unique that I was sucked in throughout the whole show — plus, there’s a crazy twist towards the end that I definitely was not expecting. Someone please pay this woman mega bucks to make this into a TV show!
