Visual aids could be smoother. Probably opening night nerves. Will improve with more shows. Give Marla more shows!

My overall impression

Raised By Wolves is, from first moment to last, a captivating show. Marla’s performance is funny and powerful, and at its heart, vulnerable. Marla does a lot with a few simple props and music cues, successfully drawing us into her unusual and fascinating upbringing. The relationships Marla illuminates are engaging, poignant, and at their best, powerfully and darkly surprising. A highly enjoyable show, and one that stays with you long after it’s over.
