It’s a great story, structured beautifully, performed with a lot of authenticity and emotion. Also, without spoiling anything, it unfolds in legitimately surprising and heart-breaking ways.

My overall impression
An extremely well put together, moving solo show. Marla Black’s story about growing up with a pack of sled dogs, and a father who was the ultimate alpha dog, weaves together personal storytelling, TED-talk style lectures about dog pack dynamics that were insanely interesting, and well-placed act-outs of her story.
