What I liked
Pam was so likable and genuine as a storyteller. You were really rooting for her the whole way. Absolutely loved hearing her diverse voice — as a fellow Filipina, I related to so much in her story. As someone who also experienced a lot of childhood trauma and daddy issues, I really appreciated how honest and raw she was in her writing. Her dancing was amazing and so fun to watch, just watching Pam move was an absolute treat. The opening was super fun — always nice to have a little bit of spectacle.
What I didn't like
hard to say, I loved it all!! I’m sure as the run goes on, she’ll get even more comfortable with the show and settle into it — I think there were times she was searching for what was next, or trying to get the script word for word — but even during those times, she was still very genuine and natural. =)
My overall impression
moving, inspirational, sweet, engaging, honest, fun one woman storytelling show with beautiful dancing
