What I liked
The acting and writing was superb. Everyone involved in the show made excellent use of the space and direction.
What I didn't like
Nothing comes to mind that the actors or crew could have helped. Given the space constraints and limitations, everyone pulled together to make something special. Well done and I would love to see the show again on a larger stage!
My overall impression
The show was very well thought out and honest. The focus on “starving artists” in LA provided an excellent vehicle to talk about mental health and the struggles that come with it. I found myself really caring about the characters and wanting them to succeed. They won the audience over with authenticity and I would be surprised if anyone who saw the show did not identify with one, if not all, of the characters.
