The Gilbert and Sullivan flavor was well seasoned and surprisingly well sung. All your favorite Wild West cliches are cleverly stood on their heads: stupid cowboys, happy bargirls, an evil sheriff and a Madame with a heart of gold cavort with the most clueless virgin-hero I’ve seen since Candide.
What I didn't like
Perhaps a little more Gilbert and a trifle less Sullivan?
My overall impression
Campy, funny and engrossing, this Western farce hits all the buttons.
