What I liked
I especially appreciated the G&S Easter eggs. The music itself was beautiful and overall the cast was great, including several standouts like Nandani Sinha and Phil Meyer.
What I didn't like
I would love to hear this show with a real orchestra. The score deserves to soar.
My overall impression
What a great show. As a musical theater and G&S fan, it was a wonderful blend of both! The story was silly fun just like G&S with a twist. I enjoyed the bawdy humor. When a show makes the “turn off your cellphone” speech into its own bit, I know I’m in for a treat. Very glad I went.
