Based on experiences and video games played in his childhood, author Ben Hernandez has written a play that focuses on how loss and grief can affect a family, and how childhood hope can carry a them out of darkness or send them deeper still.
Polygon tells the story of Polly and James, two first generation siblings who have bonded through their love of a video game. When James falls ill and is unable to play through the game with her, Polly decides she must finish the game in order to save him and bring him home.
