What I liked
Vanessa’s character work is excellent. Her characters are specific, compelling and express universal human emotions. Vanessa goes deep, and does this through masterful character work.Watching this show feels like watching a fairy tale. She weaves the narrative through the use of time travel and mythic creatures that express her deepest self and the inner voices that inhabit her mind. I like how she slithers and moves from one character to the next with the grace and expressive beauty of a dancer- she moves with freedom and boldness that makes watching her show engaging and fun.

My overall impression
A well written, expertly acted play that pulls the audience in through universal emotional themes- a story of healing, growth and sensitivity. Vanessa’s characters express the inner monologues we all wrestle with, at times hilarious, vicious, kind, supportive or weepy. She masterfully reveals how life experiences can create these voices and how to address and heal them. Inspirational, entertaining, and skillfully written and performed. I love it and highly recommend seeing this show!
