What I liked

I enjoyed the honesty of Vanessa’s performance and the creativity of her storytelling. How her specifics sent me back to my own story and made me laugh at, and feel a bit wounded by, some things I had forgotten.

What I didn't like

The audio in the space was low at times. I wanted the recorded music to fill the room as much as Vanessa did.

My overall impression

Vanessa is a great storyteller. Her writing and performance showed the complexity of the vulnerability and strength it takes to grow into a woman.

Her little girl is amazing and her woman is true beauty.
