What I liked
I think the discussion about body dysmorphia is so important. And, Tanya’s play did a great job of educating about the topic while also being fun and interesting. It was definitely a good balance and I love that one of her characters was Henry Golding! ;) Tanya wrote an important play and I hope people pay attention!
What I didn't like
None. This was a beautifully written play.
My overall impression
This show should be seen by young girls and women. There’s so much I personally identified with. I can go on and on about the kind of shit I deal with in my own community. Tanya does a great job of describing her own struggles. I’ve known women who put on fair and lovely and I only wish I could show them this play!!
