What I liked
The performer is obviously skilled as both an actor and story teller, and his characters were believable and insightful. Some nice touches with physicality and humor. Especially enjoyed his portrayal of the therapist, Judith, in all her specific glory! A very sweet ending that will leave you feeling hopeful.
What I didn't like
There’s a lot of material covered here, including work and spouse and mother and finances, and some of it is more important for the audience to know than others. I wanted to know more specifics about what appeared to be the central conflict; what exactly is his stressful job? Some details fly by quickly. If you personally don’t believe in astrology, the central idea that the poor guy is cursed because of his chart will be a challenge to suspension of disbelief (a problem for skeptical me). But if you are into astrology, it will all seem just fine.
My overall impression
An incredibly skilled and likable performer takes the audience through his personal story of aging and discovery.
