A slice of life play about a day in the life of retail workers. In retail you work odd hours, are subservient to rich clients, and work hard at your dream career on the side. Your co-workers are like a second family as you spend so much time with them discussing relationships, dreams, money problems, slack off together, and of course get drunk together after work. Retail jobs promise you that the work you do is important, and try to trick you into committing your life to them, the play would follow each characters journey of avoiding these corporate pitfalls, and how some but not all survive them. Some get fired, some become lifers, and few are able to balance their lives, and their dumb job they hate.
