What I liked

Pitch perfect parody of so many familiar Fringe faux pas, but has a strong emotional core that keeps us from just cruelly mocking Travis and actually relating and commiserating with him.

What I didn't like

Maybe trim a song verse or two?

My overall impression

A send-up of Hollywood solo shows, Blackboxing is a hilarious hour of metatheater that keeps the audience in stitches and surprises with a healthy dose of emotional reality.
