What I liked
So many things. The writing and structure of this show is so effective: you enter laughing and “oh this is cute”-ing because of the fairytale theme…. but you end up bawling your eyes out, while you witness the terror of a violent, abusive relationship. The story is told through a variety of characters, the voices in Lara’s head, which are both funny and scary, but always incredibly specific and entertaining. Lara Repko is a PRO at what she does and her portrayals of these, dare I say “demons”, is absolutely phenomenal. She bares it all. Skills and heart – she showcases both in this fantastic show that NEEDS to be watched by all.
What I didn't like
……….. I got nothing.
My overall impression
PRICELESS. So so beautiful. Truly one of the best shows at Fringe. This girl is a hurricane.
