What I liked
The show moves at a brisk pace, and Brigitte does a fantastic job at drawing you into her kitchen while engaging with the audience.
What I didn't like
I would have loved to have walked away with the actual recipe for pho that she describes!
My overall impression
A delightful, very funny exploration of identity and ethnicity via the universal language of food! Brigitte Ngo-Trinh gives a very engaging performance and offers good insight into what makes delicious pho and makes up a person. Highly recommended!
