What I liked
We took a deep dive into Crystal’s life, and she held nothing back. I felt like I heard everything, bad, good, or awful. There was a true connection to her and her story because she was so raw in her acting and so free in her story telling.
What I didn't like
This is one of the only shows where I watched it and thought there could be more of a production. Costumes, lights, changes, I wanted there to be more. The world of meth could feel so different from the world we know now.
My overall impression
A powerful performance from Crystal Bush, with great writing and acting, as well as distinct characters. Through this show, she is able to turn her tormented past into something truly wonderful, and breathe art into atrocities.
