What I liked

The story was engaging from start to finish. What I really wanted to see more of was The Importance of Being Ernest being done by futuristic rebel miners. That would have made me very happy.

What I didn't like

The only thing that didn’t work for me was that I felt like the jokes were for a different demographic. The younger audience members to my left laughed hysterically at inside jokes that I either couldn’t hear or didn’t get, so I felt that a large part of the experience was lost to me.

My overall impression

Olivia Wilde Does Not Survive the Apocalypse is Rip Van Winkle meets Original Star Trek’s Cloud Minders with zombies, of course. It was a clever, entertaining adventure that even had Beyonce worshippers.
