What I liked
Bob’s forthcoming personality is front and center, and the stories he tells feel warm and genuine. Bob is not a classically trained performer, but that made it feel all the more real to me.
What I didn't like
This show almost seems too small a place to tell his full story. I would have liked more details in some parts, but I understand he needed to get from one point to another in an hour. I hope Bob is able to expand this, possibly into a book because some of the stories deserve more time.
My overall impression
Bob Leggett is such a genuine soul, that I couldn’t help but fall in love with his story. I’m always fascinated by people who have lived a nomad lifestyle going from place to place because its the opposite of my own experience. Bob has found himself from the military, to world class music venues, to the renaissance faire, to the Fringe Festival. He takes us to all these places with DOZENS of pictures to back him up. I loved seeing the people and places pop up behind him as he was talking, it really added to my experience.
