What I liked
I enjoyed the ensemble feel of this piece. The scenes flowed well together and wether through music, dance, or acting the story always came first. The comedic timing was also on point. Can tell it was well rehearsed and lots of love went into devising this piece.
What I didn't like
The comedy shines in this show, but there were a few more emotional moments I wanted to sit with a little longer. Lots of ideas were presented and I wanted to stew in them for just a few second more.
My overall impression
It was a wonderful mesh of reality and fiction. The cast does an amazing job depicting each character they portray and not once do they stop having fun on stage. Humorous and endearing.
