My overall impression
From the moment one enters the theater, this production grabs hold and doesn’t let go. I won’t spoil the effect, but the simple design is gripping, haunting, and engaging. The performances are top notch. The star of the show is the text. I was captivated and amused by the opening speech. I was not prepared for the journey I was taken on in this 45 minute experience. I hope other outings I will make at the festival are as satisfying and rewarding as this one.
