What I liked
The process of writing letters to past and future selves, group sharing, and several art activities to engage in was so beneficial. I loved received a personally signed poster and CD of the music from the show at the end of the workshop.
What I didn't like
More time to explore the art activities they had planned would have been nice.
My overall impression
This workshop was heartfelt and authentic. The ladies facilitating this workshop genuinely care and created a safe space for us to express and share our stories with one another, create affirmations, and engage in the artistic process in order to heal past wounds. I left encouraged and feeling connected with new friends and potential collaborators!
