What I liked

The choreography was intricate and beautifully appropriate, and realised with skill and poignancy. Em Hoggett’s music and rendition were both so impressive and heartfelt. The show’s cohesiveness and relationship between all its elements showcases Umar Malik’s talent as director. This team had me feel such a wide palette of emotions in half an hour, I simply could not believe it. I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it thoroughly!

What I didn't like

The lighting could be more accurate to match exactly the change of emotion.

My overall impression

This was a very powerful show that took me on an emotional journey I could never have expected. The different stages of the aftermath of rape are so intensely explored and expressed, I was left speechless. Masterful writing, acting and overall communication. An experience which is naturally impossible to relate to if one has never gone through it, finds in this show a truthful illustration, which I don’t believe has been achieved by many.
