What I liked
The actors were believable, completely committed to their roles and the chemistry between them drew me in to the point that I felt emotionally invested in each character. The set was simple but well thought out and added rather than detracted from the environment they were trying to create.
What I didn't like
It took me a bit to understand the relationship between the Greek chorus dancers and the female lead but once the connection was there I felt that it added to the overall understanding of her character.
My overall impression
Intense and thought provoking! The emotional journey I was taken on was unexpected and yet very empowering. I realized that I related to this play much more than I expected to and I feel fortunate to have been invited to attend!
