What I liked
I liked the boldness and commitment between both actors. This was not an easy piece and they flowed through it effortlessly. Both brung an energy and passion that was needed to pull this kind of material off.
What I didn't like
I didn’t understand the need for the silent players, at all! I think that at least 10 mins. could have been shaven off.
My overall impression
I believe the writing had to be more Patti Smith than Sam Shepard. That being written, I thought the actors were both amazing! I believed their totally dysfunctional relationship, and they were totally committed to the piece. They worked well off each other and commanded the stage.
