What I liked
Last Friday I was delighted to take in Earth & Fire Walking, an excellent Argentinian tango performance starring celebrated dancers Tomas Galvan and Gimena Herrera. The pair are masters of tango, and have performed all over the world, to much acclaim. This smooth and attractive couple never missed a step, and the beauty, grace and precision of their dancing is breathtaking. The obvious love they have for each other and for tango itself comes through with very step, every heartbeat in this wonderful performance.
The performance was warmly received with a standing ovation by the enthusiastic crowd. The theatre itself was packed. Also featuring beautiful music, poetry, artwork and costumes, the overall effect of the show was mesmerizing.
