What I liked

However, the City Council encountered a strange problem when it came to open meetings. The people who took part in the Public Comment segment frequently used it as an occasion to share their wackiest conspiracies, go on ferocious rants, or even launch into spontaneous musical performances.

What I didn't like

Oliver made an elegant and sincere plea to the Council’s sense of justice and democracy. He asked them to look for different approaches to the problems that wouldn’t completely silence the public. Oliver suggested enacting more stringent rules for public comment, such as time restrictions and a code of behavior, to promote respectful and worthwhile talks.

My overall impression

Sits the middle of the countryside ovo game, sits a thriving community called the City of Happymont. Most of its citizens were satisfied and peacefully going about their regular lives.
